Laura’s work is grounded in the understanding that the face and body are not separate systems, but structurally connected through fascia, posture and nervous system regulation.

Her journey into movement began over 15 years ago through Pilates, where she experienced firsthand the transformative effect of structural alignment on chronic lower back pain. What began as personal rehabilitation evolved into a professional career spanning studio, rehabilitation and pre and postnatal settings.

Laura completed a Diploma of Pilates Instruction through the APMA and has since worked extensively in functional and therapeutic environments, refining a movement approach centred on alignment and structural integrity.

Her curiosity around the body’s interconnected systems led her to complete a Masters in Nutrition, deepening her understanding of physiology, longevity and long-term health.

With a background in remedial massage, Laura later expanded into advanced facial myofascial and buccal techniques, training in Australia and London. This additional study allowed her to bridge facial work with structural movement principles, an integration that now defines Forme.

Her approach is precise and intentional, grounded in anatomy rather than trends. She focuses on restoring alignment from the jaw to the pelvic floor, recognising how tension patterns influence posture, ageing and expression over time.

Laura’s work is deeply rooted in respect for nature and the intelligence of the human body. She believes meaningful, visible refinement can be achieved through structural support, circulation and nervous system balance, offering a considered alternative to more invasive aesthetic approaches.

Clients work with Laura not for surface level results, but for intelligent, structural refinement that builds gradually and lasts.

Laura believes the body is resilient.
That movement is therapeutic.
And that lasting change comes from working with structure, not against it.
